By accessing and using MSPS (MapleStory Private Server Directory), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MSPS provides a directory of MapleStory private servers. Our platform allows server owners to list their servers and provides users with information about available private servers. We do not host, operate, or maintain any of the listed servers.

3. User Registration

Some features of our service require you to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Upload or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation.
• Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

5. Server Listings

Server owners are solely responsible for the content and operation of their servers. MSPS does not endorse any server listed on our platform and is not responsible for any actions taken by server owners. Users interact with private servers at their own risk.

Server listings must not contain misleading information, inappropriate content, or infringe on any intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any server listing at our discretion without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The MSPS platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

We acknowledge that MapleStory is a registered trademark of NEXON Korea Corporation and/or NEXON America Inc. MSPS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NEXON in any way.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MSPS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MSPS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MSPS and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
